Bug fixes and General Improvements

The game was a bit rushed, but we have a few improvements right before Christmas (at least in western time zones)

Bugs fixed:

• Wrong turret selection when 2 menus were opened at the same time
• Music not looping
• Final text not being there.

Improvements:

• How to play screen added
• Remove rule of not placing at night
• Increased difficulty
